National Novel Writing Month.

"Yes, yes I signed up for NaNoWriMo. So the next few days will be busy, busy, busy. You can't start writing your novel till November, but you can do all the prewriting stuff.
What is NaNoWriMo? A chance to gain recognition through writing a novel in one month, a chance to show all the naysayers that yes, it is possible. Oh, and a reason to drive quite a few people crazy.
Disclaimer: Those reasons are things I made up spur of the moment, thank you very much.

If anyone else is interested - http://www.nanowrimo.org/
I'm Scribe Azai (Thank you Azai dear, for lending me your name and agreeing to take care of the blog while I write)"

  1. What novel are you going to write for NNWM? Is it an idea I don't know about? >Well, it must be, seeing as how she's started on Rebel and Sali. . .<
I thought of doing it, except Azalea is my main concern, and as I posted not too long ago I'm leagues into that.
So back to my first question . . . whaddya writin' 4 NNWM?
And should I shoot you now? I might regret it immediately . . .

  2. One message for you Rougewriter, Bring it on!!!!!

For those of you who don't know, Rougewriter and I have a bet on. Whoever writes the worse novel has to write the other person's blog for them for a week.

Don't worry loyal fans, I will win, Rougewriter has no hope of winning. The contest is lost before it is even started.

I am the champion, I am the champion of the world. (Humming tune)

  3. @ Dragon Archer: It's a new idea. They won't let you work on something you've already started writing. Story's about a flame dancer - Kai. It's my first human main character. If you want, I'll send you the details.
    Well, good luck with Azalea.
    Yeah, I'd regret it too.

@ rock4ever95: Talk about being cocky. The battle's been won before we even started, eh? I have no chance of winning? We'll see about that.

  4. You two! ;0D Keep up the hilarity.

    Kai, huh? Sounds quite interesting.

Perhaps I'll do my own version of NaNoWriMo, in which I work on Azalea every day for the month of November. Not as much of a challenge, but we'll see how much I get done. Perhaps I'll even finish my draft!

So what's your novel about, rock4ever95, Mr. King Of The World? :0) Unless it's a supercalifragilisticexpialidociously good idea, I think I'll root for roguewriter.

  5. Well, you were going to be one of the judges, but rooting against one of the contestants kind of takes you out of the running doesn't it?

I plan on writing an action-romance-adventure novel about secret organizations, missing artifacts, and Hitler's Great-Grandson.

  6. Well, I didn't know I was going to be a judge! I thought I was part of the audience. If you make me a judge, I'll be non-partial. Please? Roguewriter? >Bambi eyes< I'll be a good judge. (Besides, I said 'I THINK I'll root for roguewriter.)

So . . . what do you say? Can I be a judge?
